Further accommodation on the ground floor comprises; an open and spacious dining room, family bathroom with shower over bath, sink and WC, and a separate kitchen with modern appliances including a boiling hot water tap.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main double bedroom and a twin bedroom with ample storage space. The property also benefits from private off-street parking for up to two vehicles, and a large enclosed garden.
The lodge is perfectly placed for walks around Arthur’s Seat or exploring deeper into tranquil areas of the park, such as Duddingston Loch where you might spot pheasants, otters or other members of the wildlife that are abundant in Holyrood Park. A walk through Holyrood Park leads you directly to the City Centre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities to enjoy.
