To qualify for mid-market rent, your gross annual income should not exceed £47,143.20 per household. For properties in Edinburgh, your gross annual income should not exceed £45,443 per household.
The monthly rent for the property must not exceed 40% of your net monthly income. Flexibility can be applied, for example, where someone in the household has a disability and has access to other funds or capital that could contribute to a sustaining a tenancy.
