Local shops including Sainsbury, Tesco, Boots, Newspaper shop, fast food and post office are available 1 mile away in both Davidsons Mains and Barnton.

The delightful stone built traditional cottage enjoys an idyllic waterside location overlooking the harbour where the River Almond meets the Firth of Forth. The setting, the views and the cottage ambience are simply superb. The ground floor cottage is set within a beautifully maintained and large walled garden.
Internally the accommodation includes a charming bright lounge with views to the harbour and out to the front garden. The lounge has a living flame gas fire, flat widescreen digital TV, DVD, and Hi-Fi.
The modern fitted kitchen shares the sea views, it contains all mod cons gas hob/electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a dining table that seats six.
