Huntingdon Place is let and managed by Regent Letting
The property has no HMO license so would suit either a small family or two professionals working from home. The sitting room is large, the master bedroom has enough room for a workstation and the third bedroom could be used as a study/office.
Located in East New Town, this three-bedroom apartment is in a new building and has been recently painted throughout. It is just a few minutes from the trendy Leith Walk area and is close to Broughton Street, the Edinburgh Playhouse, the Newsroom Cocktail Bar and a number of cool shops and boutiques. There are also great bus links nearby to all over the city. Superbly central, this flat would make an excellent home.
The sitting room is large and benefits from two balconies with great light and views over the leafy outdoor area. There is a large three-seater sofa, a single chair with stool and enough room for the dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is spacious and has a small breakfast area to comfortably seat three. It also contains all the modern appliances you’d need day to day (washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher). The master bedroom has a double bed with large fitted wardrobes. Off the master is an en-suite with shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom is large with a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is smaller with a single be, although there is enough room for a double, and room for a desk if you wanted to use it as a study/bedroom. The bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.
The East New Town area is very up-and-coming with a variety of modern bars, shops and cafes to choose from. The flat itself backs onto a small park (which can be seen from the balconies). Nearby we would recommend the Pickles and the Windsor Buffet for a great selection of alcoholic drinks, La Favourita for what is quite possibly the best pizza in Edinburgh and Valvona & Crolla for a good selection of Italian treats to stock up your kitchen with. The apartment is a five minute walk from the Edinburgh Playhouse and east end of Princes Street so most major attractions can be easily reached on foot however there are regular buses down Leith Walk to take you a bit further.
