About Us
‘burgh property was founded by me – Andrew Markham – following nearly a decade of working within all areas of lettings and property management with one of Scotland’s biggest players. From working in a variety of larger agencies, it became clear to me, that in order to deliver the best and most personal service to my customers, smaller is most certainly better!
We have grown to a team of 3 people, myself, Karel and Kelly and together we look after a wide variety of properties across Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee and East Lothian areas. Our current portfolio ranges from one-bedroom studio flats to five-bedroom townhouses, as well as a selection of HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupancy) properties.
We work for landlords and tenants with the absolute priority of delivering a top class and personal service to both.
