A great night was had by all at the glittering Scottish Home Awards on Thursday 14th June. Held at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange, the awards ceremony saw 18 winners take home trophies to mark their excellence in the Scottish Housebuilding Industry and marketing/customer care.
Citylets were delighted to sponsor Residential Letting Team of the Year. This year’s finalists consisted of Clan Gordon (2017 winners), Umega, ESPC, Grant Property and Coulters. The award was given to Edinburgh based Umega and the pride and delight was clearly evident as the team accepted the award on stage.
Andy Whitmey, Director of Umega Lettings stated: “We are so, so proud to have won Residential Letting Team of the Year at the Scottish Home Awards. It’s a huge boost and it complements nicely the landlord and tenant feedback we’ve received over the past 12 months. We hold ourselves to very high standards so to receive this award alongside such big names in the housing sector means the world to us. The award is testament to the hard work of every member of the Umega team and we’ll continue to work hard to improve our service going forward. Well done to Clan Gordon, Coulters, ESPC Lettings and Grant Property who were also deservedly recognised as finalists.”
PR Manager for Citylets, Gillian Semmler said: “We were delighted to sponsor the 2018 Scottish Home Awards and to share in the recognition of the outstanding individuals and organisations that contribute to the market’s success. We’d like to congratulate Umega on their well-deserved award and also to our finalists for being so successful in reaching this stage. ”
