Episode 74 hears CEO of SHARE, Daryl McIntosh explaining about the organisation SHARE; its vision and core values, as well as the range of courses, qualifications and events that they provide for housing associations. Since their recently updated company values, SHARE was awarded silver accreditation by Investors in People and Daryl says what this means to himself and the organisation.
Host, Gillian Semmler asks Daryl why he thinks the rent cap was lifted for social housing but not for the PRS. They also discuss the delay of the housing bill and whether this indicates that the Scottish Government is listening to the industry.
