With so much change in the Scottish lettings market in recent years, Gillian invited Daryl McIntosh from ARLA Propertymark for Episode 2 of the Lets Talk podcast channel.
Daryl is Strategic Development Manager for Scotland and was happy to gives his views on the effects of recent changes to Scottish letting, from the Private Residential Tenancy to the Letting Agent Code of Practice and Registration as well as Client Money Protection.
Daryl also discussed ARLA’s involvement and how agents have adjusted to the new market requirements.
