An Edinburgh based lettings agency has received a nationwide recognition at this year’s allAgents Awards, the UK’s largest free customer awards scheme for agents and people working within the property industry.
The awards ceremony, hosted by celebrity property expert Amanda Lamb, took place at the Queen’s Hotel in Leeds on November 12, when the 2021 winners were announced.
Clan Gordon, whose focus is solely on lettings and property investment, was voted ‘Best Lettings Agent in Edinburgh, ‘Best Lettings Agent in Scotland’ and ‘Best Overall Agent in Edinburgh and Scotland’ at the black tie event.
Doing things right
Set up in 2007 by two brothers Andrew and Jonathan, Clan Gordon is committed to treating tenants and landlords with respect and delivering quality service to all parties. It has a fully qualified and experienced team of property management professionals and in-house chartered surveyors.
Commenting on the awards, Clan Gordon’s Managing Director, Jonathan Gordon, said: “All awards are important but ones that are voted for by customers are the most valuable because they are a firm assurance that we’re getting things right.”

“The pandemic posed huge problems for the property sector, but we met them head-on, quickly adapting to home working for our employees and installing a high-tech new telephone system to ensure customers were not adversely impacted.
“We also switched to virtual viewings and made sure our services continued safely within the guidelines issued by the government. This investment has been recognised with these awards and we are extremely proud of the achievement.”
UK’s top customer property review awards
The allAgents website allows for independent reviews of services offered by letting and estate agents across the UK to be entered by the public. The reviews can be seen by other users of the site, with scores of up to five stars being awarded.
Every agent listed on the allAgents website is then automatically entered free of charge. By keeping these awards free, it ensures that the winners have achieved award recognition based entirely on feedback from clients rating and sharing their customer service experiences.
