Citylets is delighted to sponsor the Built to Rent Forum Scotland conference now in its fourth year, taking place on October 11th 2018.
Organised by Movers & Shakers and supported by Scottish Futures Trust, Homes for Scotland and The Scottish Property Federation, this one day event brings together leaders from the public and private sectors, as well as key stakeholders from the UK’s Build to Rent industry.
This year’s theme is ‘Living with Build to Rent’, with the focus on the renters to better understand who they are, why they are renting and what their expectations and aspirations are, utilising the experiences and lessons learned by seasoned operators.
Consideration will also be given to BTR for families, with presentations from two leading operators in this field, to see how affordable and sustainable family housing can be delivered.
A mix of panel sessions with linked keynote addresses will give an insight into the market and explore what is happening on the ground, what schemes are in the pipeline and what challenges and opportunities there are in the BTR market.

The Build to Rent Forum Scotland will be held at the Principal Edinburgh Hotel on Charlotte Square on October 11th. Citylets MD, Thomas Ashdown will be presenting the latest rental trends drawn from the Citylets Quarterly Reports, now in their 12th year.
