This year’s National Landlord Day is to be held on Nov 13th at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh and it promises to be an exciting event, chaired by the BBC’s Stephen Jardine.
The conference will comprise of a mix of expert and government speakers including Shadow Housing and Planning Minister Graham Simpson MSP, a large trade exhibition and a new investment and finance panel. It also won’t fall short on a stimulating and thought-provoking debate.
All hot topics related to the Private Rented Sector in Scotland will be covered, as well as issues and challenges addressed, to include legislation and tax changes, pros and cons of short-term and holiday letting, changes in Universal Credit, First-tier Tribunal decisions with the aim to learn from them. In addition, the conference will also look at opportunities from empty homes and options for training and continuing professional development.
