The Scottish Home Awards 2021 has launched and Citylets is proud to sponsor The Residential Letting Team of the Year for the fourth consecutive year.
Now in its 14th year, the awards programme for housing in Scotland recognises the achievements of the industry with the presentation of 20 awards for individuals, teams and companies chosen by an independent judging panel.
The past year has been like no other, with many new challenges posed by the Coronavirus crisis. This year’s awards ceremony is set to highlight the accomplishments within the Scottish housing sector against the backdrop of the pandemic.
The event is being planned in a hybrid format which will combine a digital broadcast together with the return of the live dinner. It is scheduled for Thursday 16 September in Glasgow.
Kirsten Speirs, Director of KDMedia which founded and operates the annual programme, said: “Our hybrid event plan gives us the best of both worlds this year. We are cautiously optimistic that case numbers will continue to decline to the point when live events can return by the autumn and we have a plan in place for that. Meanwhile, our highly successful digital broadcast platform has also been further developed and offers anyone unable to attend the event in person with the option of watching a live broadcast from home.”
Entrants have until Wednesday 26 May 2021 to complete their submissions for consideration. The finalists will be revealed in July.
Commenting on the Citylets sponsorship, PR Manager Gillian Semmler, said: “Citylets are proud to be sponsors of The Scottish Home Awards for a fourth year running. The awards recognise the exceptional work carried out by the individuals and organisations of the residential property industry, and following the huge success of the digital format last year, as well as previous live events, we are very excited for the hybrid event taking place in September 2021 which incorporates the best of both formats of award ceremonies.”
The Scottish Home Awards support ‘It’s Good 2 Give’ and the management of The Ripple Retreat a luxury residential retreat on the shores of Loch Venacher in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. The award-winning respite home is gifted to young cancer patients and their families for short stay visits.
